What counts as a photo upload?: Only photos you attach to a vehicle inspection count towards your monthly cap. Logos, avatars and anything else you upload around the app do not.
What happens if I hit a limit?: Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. New uploads pause until the next month, or you can upgrade and carry on straight away.
What counts as an SMS?: Each MOT reminder text sent uses one SMS from your monthly allowance, which resets on the 1st. Reminder emails never use it.
What happens when I run out of SMS?: Reminder texts stop until the allowance resets on the 1st, unless you turn on extra SMS. Reminder emails carry on as normal, so customers who agreed to emails still hear from you.
How much are extra SMS?: On Premium and Enterprise you can turn on extra SMS in Settings, so reminder texts carry on after your monthly allowance. They cost 6p each (£6 per 100), charged on the 1st for the month before. Every SMS sent counts, even one the network cannot deliver.
Can I change plan later?: Yes, either way, whenever you like. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Do I need a card to start?: No. The Free plan is genuinely free. Set up your garage, add your team and start booking jobs without entering payment details.
