Add a team member

Add everyone who works in your garage. Each person gets their own sign-in, and you can give them jobs straight away.

Steps

1. Open Team and choose Add member.
2. Add a photo if you like.
3. Enter their First name, Surname and Email.
4. Choose their Role: Manager or Mechanic.
5. Choose Add member.

They're emailed an invite to join.

Good to know

• You can give someone jobs as soon as they're added, before they accept.
• Until they accept, they show an Invited badge.
• Two team members can't share an email address. If someone who left is coming back, reactivate them instead of adding them again.
• If Add member has a padlock, all the seats on your plan are in use. Free includes 4 team members and Premium includes 10, counting you.
• If the invite email couldn't be sent, the person has still been added. Use Resend invite.
