Add photos to a job

Photograph what you find and attach it to the job. It's a record for you, and you can send it to the customer so they see what you see.

Steps

Open the job and choose the DVI tab.
Choose Add photos and pick the photos. On a phone, choose Take photo to use the camera.
You can also drag photos onto the box that says Drop photos or video here.
Wait for each photo to finish uploading.

JPG, PNG and WebP photos work, up to 20MB each.
HEIC photos (the iPhone format) work when you upload from the iPhone itself or from Safari. In other browsers, save them as JPG first.
Anyone in the garage can add photos.
Each photo gets its own number. That's the number the customer sees, so you can talk them through it on the phone.
New photos are Private until you mark them Visible.
If an upload fails, choose Retry on the photo.
Photos count towards your monthly allowance.
