Your monthly photo and video allowance

Your plan includes a number of inspection photos and videos each month. The allowance is shared across every job in your garage.

Check what's left

Open any job and choose the DVI tab.
Look at the Monthly allowance card. It shows how many photos and videos you've used, how many are left, and the date it resets.

You can also see it in Settings, on the Billing tab.

The allowance resets on the first of each month.
Removing a photo or video doesn't give its place back.
An upload that fails and shows Retry doesn't count. A video that uploads but couldn't be processed does count, even after you remove it.
Photos and videos are counted separately. When you've used one allowance, uploads of that kind are refused until it resets.
On Free, the card then shows Upgrade to Premium, and anyone in the garage can choose it.
