EveryoneYour day on the dashboard
The dashboard greets you and lists the jobs assigned to you today. Open it from Dashboard in the side menu.
What it shows
The Your day card lists today's jobs that have you as the team member, with the reg, customer, services, start time and status. Above the list it says how many jobs are assigned to you.
Open a job
- Choose a row in Your day.
- The job page opens.
On a phone
On a phone, or on a tablet with the side menu open, Your day becomes a list of cards under a Find by reg box. Each card shows the reg, the start time, the make and model, the customer, and how many photos and videos the job has so far. The job whose booked time you are in is outlined and marked Now.
- Choose a card to open the job.
- Choose Add media to open the job's DVI tab, ready to take a photo or add a video.
- Type a reg into Find by reg to find a job. Your jobs lists your matches first, then Other jobs today lists matching jobs assigned to other people, so you can add media to a walk-in or help a colleague with theirs.
Good to know
- Only jobs assigned to you appear in Your day. A manager who assigns all the work to other people sees Nothing booked in for you today. on a desktop and No jobs assigned to you today on a phone.
- Cancelled jobs don't appear here and don't come up in Find by reg.
- Add media is filled in while a job has no photos or videos yet, and quieter once it has some, so the cars still to do stand out.
- To see everyone's work, use the schedule or the jobs list.
- There is nothing to edit on the dashboard. It's a quick look at your own day.
