Team
EveryoneTeam seats
Each plan includes a number of team members, called seats. Everyone on your team counts, including you and anyone you've invited who hasn't joined yet, until you deactivate them or cancel their invite.
How many you get
- Free: 4 team members.
- Premium: 10 team members.
- Enterprise: agreed with you.
Check your seats
Open Team. The line under the Team members heading shows how many seats are used. You can also see it in Settings, on the Billing tab.
When you're full
- Add member shows a padlock, and a banner says you've used all your seats.
- To free a seat, deactivate someone who has left or cancel an invite nobody accepted.
- On Free, you can also choose Upgrade to Premium on the banner.
Good to know
- Seats count straight away. There's no waiting for a renewal date.
- An invite still takes a seat after it has expired, until you cancel it.
- Someone you've already invited can still join when you're full.
- If you move down to a smaller plan with more people than it includes, nobody loses access. You just can't add or reactivate anyone until you're back within the limit.
