Remove a service

Remove a service you no longer offer.

Remove one service

  1. Open Services.
  2. Choose the three dots on the service's row, then Remove.

Remove several at once

  1. Tick the box on the left of each service.
  2. Choose Remove above the list.

Good to know

  • Removing happens straight away, with no "are you sure?" step.
  • A service that's on a job or an invoice can't be removed. You see Could not remove the service.
  • If you no longer offer it, rename it instead, for example "MOT (no longer offered)". It still appears when you book a job, and the new name also shows on past jobs.
  • A removed service can't be brought back. Add it again if you need it.
  • Parts work differently. They're archived rather than removed, and can be restored.
