Managers onlyRemove a team member
Team members are never deleted, because their name needs to stay on the jobs, notes and photos they worked on. When someone leaves, deactivate them.
Deactivate someone
- Open Team.
- Choose the three dots on the person's row, then Deactivate.
Bring someone back
- Open Team.
- Choose the three dots on the person's row, then Reactivate.
Good to know
- A deactivated person can no longer sign in to your garage.
- Their name stays on everything they did.
- Deactivating someone frees up their seat. Reactivating needs a free seat.
- Jobs still assigned to them stay on the schedule. In the day view with Columns by team member, they keep their own column. Give those jobs to someone else.
- You can't deactivate yourself or the owner.
- For someone who never joined, use Cancel invite instead.
