Set your number of bays

Your number of bays is how many vehicles you can work on at once. It sets how many bay columns the schedule has.

Steps

1. Open Settings. You start on the General tab.
2. Change Number of bays.
3. Choose Save changes.

Good to know

• A garage needs at least 1 bay.
• Bays are numbered Bay 1, Bay 2 and so on. They can't be given names.
• If you reduce the number, jobs already booked into the removed bays still show on the schedule. Nothing is lost. To change one of those jobs, first move it to a bay you still have, or to No bay, or it won't save.
• A job doesn't have to have a bay. Jobs with No bay sit in the Unassigned column.
