EveryoneThe customer page
Each customer has a page showing their details, their vehicles, their jobs and their invoices.
Open it
Open Customers and choose the customer.
The top of the page
The customer's name, how many jobs and vehicles they have, and when they were last in, with a Book a job button.
The Details tab
- Contact details: name, mobile, email, MOT reminder choice and address.
- Vehicles: every vehicle you've worked on for them, with its job count, spend and MOT date. Choose View ↗ to open the vehicle.
- Jobs: their most recent jobs. Choose View all jobs to see the rest.
- Invoices: their most recent invoices with each one's status, and how much is still outstanding. Choose View all invoices to see the rest.
The Activity tab
A history of what's happened with this customer, including MOT reminders sent.
Good to know
- You can't add a vehicle here. A vehicle appears once you book a job for it.
- Spend is taken from invoices, not from estimates.
- Plate transferred under a vehicle means that number plate has since moved to a different car.
