Getting started
EveryoneSign in
Sign in with the email and password you chose when you created your account.
Steps
- Go to your garage's web address, or to the GarageActive website and choose Sign In.
- Enter your Email address and Password.
- Choose Sign in.
Good to know
- If you sign in on the GarageActive website and belong to more than one garage, you're asked which one to open. At a garage's own web address, you go straight into that garage.
- If a message says your account doesn't have access to this garage, you're at another garage's web address. Sign in on the GarageActive website instead.
- If you've turned on two-factor authentication, you're also asked for a code from your authenticator app when you open your garage.
- If you can't remember your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
- If you have no account yet and someone invited you, use the link in the invite email.
