Book a job for a customer

When a customer rings to book in, start the job from their page and their details are filled in for you.

Steps

1. Open Customers and choose the customer.
2. Choose Book a job at the top of the page.
3. The Add Job box opens with the customer already chosen.
4. Type the number plate into Vehicle reg, choose the date, time and services, then choose Save job.

Good to know

• You can do the same from a vehicle's page. There, the vehicle is filled in instead.
• New jobs can't be booked on a date that has already passed.
