Edit a team member or change their role

Change a team member's name or photo, or switch them between Manager and Mechanic.

Steps

1. Open Team.
2. Choose the three dots on the person's row, then Edit.
3. Change their First name, Surname, photo or Role.
4. Choose Save changes.

Good to know

• You can't change your own role. Another manager has to do it, which stops anyone locking themselves out by accident.
• The garage owner, marked Owner, is always a manager. Nobody can change their role.
• A role change takes effect straight away.
• Once someone has joined, their email address is theirs and can't be changed here.
• Editing yourself here is the same as editing your profile in Settings.
