See your plan, usage and payments

The Billing page shows which plan you're on, how much of it you've used, and what you've paid.

Steps

Your plan: your plan and its price, with meters for Bays, Team members, Inspection photos, Inspection videos and Included SMS.
Next payment: when your next payment is due and how much it is. Extra SMS aren't included, because they're billed separately on the 1st.
Invoices: your 12 most recent invoices from GarageActive, each with its status. A month's extra SMS have their own invoice, shown as Extra SMS. Choose View to open one.
Cancel membership: where managers cancel a paid plan. Once cancelled, it shows Membership ending, with Resume membership.

On Free, the page shows Your plan and Upgrade to Premium. Next payment, Invoices and Cancel membership appear while you pay for a plan.
After a plan ends, Invoices still shows any Extra SMS invoices, so you can see the bill for your last month's extra SMS.
If your plan is ending, Next payment says no further plan payments are due. Extra SMS from your last month can still be charged on the 1st.
Everyone can see this page, and anyone can upgrade. Only managers can cancel or resume a paid plan.
The photo, video and SMS meters show the date they reset. An Included SMS meter reading Not included in your plan means your plan has no SMS. Extra SMS aren't counted in it.
These invoices are from GarageActive to you. The invoices you send your own customers are under Invoicing.
