Plans and billing
EveryoneSee your plan, usage and payments
The Billing page shows which plan you're on, how much of it you've used, and what you've paid.
Steps
- Open Settings and choose the Billing tab.
What's on the page
- Your plan: your plan and its price, with meters for Team members, Inspection photos and Inspection videos.
- Next payment: when your next payment is due and how much it is.
- Invoices: your 12 most recent invoices from GarageActive, each with its status. Choose View to open one.
- Cancel membership: where managers cancel a paid plan. Once cancelled, it shows Membership ending, with Resume membership.
Good to know
- On Free, the page shows only Your plan and Upgrade to Premium. Next payment, Invoices and Cancel membership appear while you pay for a plan.
- Everyone can see this page, and anyone can upgrade. Only managers can cancel or resume a paid plan.
- The photo and video meters show the date they reset.
- These invoices are from GarageActive to you. The invoices you send your own customers are under Invoicing.
