Remove a customer

Remove a customer you added by mistake or no longer need.

Remove one customer

1. Open Customers.
2. Choose the three dots on the customer's row, then Remove.

Remove several at once

1. Tick the box on the left of each customer.
2. Choose Delete above the list.

Good to know

• There's no "are you sure?" step. The customer is removed as soon as you choose Remove, so check the row first.
• A customer who has any jobs, even cancelled ones, can't be removed, because those jobs have to keep their customer. You see Could not remove the customer. and they stay on your list.
• If you delete several at once, the ones without jobs are still removed.
• If a customer just wants to stop getting MOT reminders, change their reminder choice to Declined instead.
