Day, week and month views

The schedule can show one day in detail, or a whole week or month at a glance.

Switch view

1. Open Schedule.
2. Choose Day, Week or Month at the top.

Move between dates

• The two arrow buttons before Today go back or forward one day, week or month.
• Today jumps back to today.

Week and month views

• The week runs Monday to Sunday and lists every job on each day, with its reg, first service and time.
• The month shows the regs of the first two jobs on each day, then a count such as +3 more for the rest.
• Today's date is highlighted.
• Click a day once to list its jobs underneath. Choose a job in that list to edit it.
• Double-click a day to open it in the day view.
• Days when you're closed are shaded.

Good to know

• Dragging jobs only works in the day view.
• If you open a job and then use your browser's back button, the schedule returns to the same view and date. Choosing Schedule in the side menu starts again at today.
