Find a job

The Jobs page lists every job your garage has booked.

Search by reg

1. Open Jobs.
2. Type the plate into Search by reg.... Spaces don't matter.

Show only your jobs

1. Open Jobs.
2. Switch on My Jobs. The list now shows only jobs assigned to you.

Filter by a column

1. Choose the funnel icon next to a column name, such as Customer or Status.
2. Type what you're looking for.
3. To remove the filter, choose the cross in the filter box, or delete what you typed.

Good to know

• The columns are Reg, Customer, Team Member, Services, Start time and Status. Use View to hide the ones you don't need.
• Choose a row to open the job page. Managers can use the three dots and Edit for a quick edit.
• If you arrive from a vehicle's page, the list shows only that vehicle's jobs. Choose Show all jobs to see the rest.
• If you arrive from a customer's or a service's page, the Customer or Services column is already filtered. Remove the filter to see every job.
• You can also find a job on the schedule, or on its customer's or vehicle's page.
