Cancel a job

Jobs can't be deleted. If a job isn't going ahead, cancel it instead. The job and its history stay on file.

Steps

1. Open the job.
2. Choose the Status box at the top and pick Cancelled.
3. Choose Save job in the bar at the bottom of the Details tab.

Good to know

• Cancelled jobs disappear from the schedule. To see them, choose the Show cancelled jobs button at the top of the schedule, with the calendar and cross icon.
• The job stays in the Jobs list with a Cancelled status.
• A cancelled job still takes up one of the three places in its bay at that time. If that's in the way, change its bay to No bay before you cancel it.
• The customer isn't told automatically. Let them know yourself.
• To bring a job back, change its status again.
