Job colours and cancelled jobs

The coloured bar on the left of each job shows its status, so you can see how the day is going at a glance.

The colours

• Blue: Booked in
• Amber: In progress
• Orange: Waiting for parts
• Green: Complete
• Red: Cancelled

Show the key

1. Open Schedule.
2. Choose the Toggle status legend button at the top. It's the one with the information icon.
3. The key appears above the schedule. Choose the button again to hide it.

Show cancelled jobs

1. Choose the Show cancelled jobs button at the top. It's the one with the calendar and cross icon.
2. Cancelled jobs appear in all three views. Choose the button again to hide them.

Good to know

• Cancelled jobs are hidden every time you open the schedule. Showing them lasts until you leave or reload the page.
• When work hours are shown, the key also explains the shading for Outside work hours.
