Cancel or resume your membership

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. You keep everything you've paid for until the end of the current period, then move to Free.

Cancel

1. Open Settings and choose the Billing tab.
2. Under Cancel membership, choose Cancel membership.
3. Read the message. It tells you the date your plan ends.
4. Choose Cancel membership to confirm, or Keep my plan to go back.

Change your mind

Until the end date, the page shows Membership ending. Choose Resume membership and your plan renews as usual.

After the end date there's nothing to resume. Choose Upgrade to Premium on the Billing tab to start again.

What happens on Free

• Booking confirmations, MOT reminders and emailing invoices switch off.
• Your logo comes off invoices, emails and inspection reports, and they show "Powered by GarageActive" again.
• Your team limit becomes 4. Nobody loses access, but you can't add or reactivate anyone until you're within the limit.
• Your allowance drops to 20 photos and 1 video a month. If you've already used more this month, uploads stop until the 1st.
• None of your jobs, customers, invoices, photos or videos are deleted.

Good to know

• Only managers can cancel or resume.
• Cancelling stops the next payment. It doesn't end your plan early.
