Print or save an invoice

Open any issued invoice as a PDF to print it, save it or attach it to your own email.

Steps

1. Open Invoicing and choose the issued invoice.
2. Choose Print / Save PDF. The invoice opens in a new tab.
3. Use your browser's print or download button.

Good to know

• The PDF shows your garage's name, address and VAT number as they were when the invoice was issued, plus the customer, the vehicle and every line.
• On Premium the PDF also carries your current logo, and the "Powered by GarageActive" line is removed. This applies to older invoices too when you open them again.
• Drafts have no PDF. Issue the invoice first.
• This works on every plan.
