Remove a photo or video

Remove a photo or video you added by mistake, or one that didn't come out well.

Steps

Open the job and choose the DVI tab.
Choose the cross in the top-right corner of the photo or video. It's removed straight away, with no "are you sure?" step.

Removing can't be undone.
If you've already sent the customer a link, the item is gone from their page the next time they open it. A copy they've already downloaded stays with them.
The numbers of the other items don't change, so the customer's page might show 01, 03, 04.
An item that's still uploading can't be removed until it finishes.
Removing an item doesn't give you back the place it used in your monthly allowance.
If you only want to hide something from the customer, mark it Private instead.
