Plans explained

GarageActive has three plans. Free runs the workshop. Premium adds the emails that bring customers back, and room for a bigger team.

Free

• The schedule, jobs, customers, vehicles, inspections and invoicing, with no limit on bookings or invoices.
• 4 team members.
• 20 inspection photos and 1 inspection video a month.

Premium

Everything in Free, plus:

• MOT reminder emails, sent automatically.
• Booking confirmation emails to customers.
• Email invoices straight to customers.
• Your logo on invoices, with no "Powered by GarageActive".
• Your logo on emails and inspection reports, with no "Powered by GarageActive".
• 10 team members.
• 10,000 inspection photos and 100 inspection videos a month.

Enterprise

For larger garages and groups. Team size, photo and video allowances and the price are agreed with you. Choose Request a call on the Enterprise page of the GarageActive website.

Good to know

• Your plan is shown next to your garage's name at the top of the side menu.
• A padlock means your plan doesn't include something, or you've used all of your plan's allowance for it.
• Prices are on the Pricing page of the GarageActive website.
