Double-booked team members

If someone is assigned to two jobs at the same time, GarageActive warns you. It never stops you, because sometimes that's exactly what you mean to do.

Where you see the warning

• In the schedule's day view. An amber triangle appears next to the person's photo on both jobs. Hover over it to read who is double-booked.
• When you drop a job. A Double-booked message appears. The job still moves.
• When you add or edit a job. A warning appears under the Team member box.

Clear the warning

1. Open either job.
2. Change the Team member, or change the time so the jobs no longer overlap.
3. Save the job.

Good to know

• Only managers can change a job's team member or time.
• A job that starts exactly when the other one finishes is not double-booked.
• Cancelled jobs are ignored.
• The warning is only a heads-up. It doesn't stop you saving, and nobody is told about the clash.
