Add a video to a job

A short video often explains a fault better than a photo: a noisy bearing, play in a joint, a leak.

Steps

Open the job and choose the DVI tab.
Choose Add video and pick the video. You can also drag it onto the box.
Wait for the upload to finish. Don't close the page while it uploads.
The video then shows Processing video… for a short while before it's ready to play. If it still says that after a few minutes, refresh the page.

Videos can be up to 2 minutes long and 200MB. MP4, MOV (what iPhones record) and WebM work.
A video that's still uploading can't be removed until it finishes.
If a video says it couldn't be processed, remove it and record another. It still counts towards your monthly allowance.
Videos count towards your monthly allowance, which is smaller for video than for photos.
New videos are Private. You can mark one Visible or add a caption once it has finished processing.
