The inspection link opens a simple page that works on a phone. The customer doesn't need an account or a password.
On the page
- Your garage's name, and the customer's name. On Premium your logo is shown too.
- The vehicle, its number plate, the job number and the date of the work.
- Each visible photo and video in the order it was added, with its number, your caption, and who added it and when.
- A Download button on each item (Save on a phone), so they can keep a copy.
- A note that the link is private, and the date it stops working.
Good to know
- Items keep their own numbers. If you kept item 02 private, the customer sees 01, 03, 04. The number you say on the phone is the number on their page.
- After 30 days the page says the link has expired and asks them to get a new one from you.
- On Free, the page says Powered by GarageActive at the bottom. That's removed on Premium.
- Nobody can find the page by searching. Only someone with the link can open it.
