Garage name, logo, phone and labour rate

Your garage's name, logo, phone number and labour rate are in Settings.

Steps

Open Settings. You start on the General tab.
Change what you need:
- Garage logo: choose Add logo or Change logo.
- Garage name: shown on invoices and documents.
- Phone number: shown to customers on booking confirmations and MOT reminders so they can call you.
- Labour rate (£/hour): the hourly rate used for labour lines on new invoices.
Choose Save changes.

Logos can be PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 20MB. Large images are resized for you.
On Premium, your logo goes on your invoices, customer emails and inspection reports. On Free you can still add one, but customers see only your garage's name.
Invoices already issued keep the name, address and VAT number they were issued with. Your logo isn't saved on an invoice, so older invoices show your current logo when you open them again.
The Web address box is for reading and copying. It can't be changed here.
