Resend or cancel an invite

If someone hasn't joined yet, you can send their invite again or cancel it.

Resend an invite

1. Open Team.
2. Choose the three dots on the person's row, then Resend invite.

Cancel an invite

1. Open Team.
2. Choose the three dots on the person's row, then Cancel invite.

Sent it to the wrong address?

1. Choose the three dots on the person's row, then Edit.
2. Correct the Email and choose Save changes. A new invite goes to the new address, and the old link stops working. If the invite couldn't be sent, use Resend invite.

Good to know

• These options only show for people with an Invited or Invite expired badge.
• Invites expire after 7 days. Invite expired means the link no longer works, so resend it.
• Resending sends a new link, and the link in any earlier invite email stops working.
• Cancelling an invite frees up the seat. Any jobs you gave them become unassigned.
• Once someone has joined, their email can't be changed from here.
